- How to manage payments?
- After making a payment, you can manage your subscription through your payment platform account. lf you’re an iOS user,you can check your iTunes/Apple lD account. For Android users, you can check your Google Play account.
- What is auto-renewal? Can l cancel auto-renewal?
- Auto-renewal means your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each term (monthly or yearly) unless you cancel it.This ensures you to have continuous access to OEQ AI RECORDER without interruption.
- Yes, you can turn off auto-renewal anytime. To cancel the subscription, please following steps below to turn off the automatic renewal at least 24 hours before the current subscription period expires.
- Cancellation Steps:
– For lOS users:
- Open the App Store on your Apple device >> Click on the top-right corner of the homepage to enter ‘Account’ >> Click on ‘Subscriptions’>>Select OEQ AI RECORDER and cancel the subscription.
-For Android users:
- Open up Google Play>> Touch the profile icon in the top right corner >> Click on ‘Payments and subscriptions’ >> Click on ‘Subscriptions’>> Select OEQ AI RECORDER and cancel the subscription.
- After that, your access will continue until the end of your current subscription period.
- What’s the deduction order rule when membership benefits and Transcription Quotas overlap?
- lf you have an active subscription or a redeemed membership,your transcription minutes from these sources will be used first Minutes from any purchased Transcription Quotas will be deducted after they are fully utilized.
- What do “Expires”,”Next reset” mean? How are they counted?
- “Expires” – When the current membership expires
- “Next reset” – The next cycle reset date for new transcription minutes, Minutes in Pro and Backer Plans do no troll over month-to-month.
- Please note that all dates count down daily from the start to the end of the specified time period.
