Subject to your full and continuous compliance with these Terms of Use, OEQ AI RECORDER grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license for personal, non-commercial use, and for use and display on a single device only: (a) portions of the service that are available for free from the website or authorized by OEQ AI RECORDER from third-party websites or mobile applications, and (b) other parts of the service that can be accessed on a paid basis, provided that you have paid the applicable fees and met the relevant conditions.
Subscription: You may need to pay to access certain parts of the service offered on a subscription basis. You are responsible for all such payments and related obligations under these Terms of Use. All such payments you make are subject to these Terms of Use and any related payment service terms. OEQ AI RECORDER is not responsible for any transactions processed by third parties or any payments made to third parties. You acknowledge that the pricing and availability of subscriptions related to the service provided by OEQ AI RECORDER may change at any time.
Automatic Payments: OEQ AI RECORDER may offer automatic, recurring, or subscription-based payment options from time to time. If OEQ AI RECORDER offers such payment options, you agree (subject to applicable laws and regulations) that:
1) such purchases or payments are generally made in advance;
- 2) you authorize OEQ AI RECORDER to store the payment method information you choose (e.g., credit card information) in our system and to charge you using the chosen payment method for the relevant period;
3) if any payment made using your chosen payment method is rejected, declined, or returned for any reason, OEQ AI RECORDER may not provide you with the relevant content or may suspend the provision of such content until the payment is properly processed; and you shall be responsible for any fees, costs, expenses, or other amounts incurred by us as a result of such rejection, decline, or return (and we may automatically charge you for such amounts).
No Refunds: You agree that any amounts paid to OEQ AI RECORDER in relation to subscriptions are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in these Terms of Use. Under no circumstances will OEQ AI RECORDER be obligated to refund any amounts paid by you in relation to the service (whether used or not).
Disputes: If you believe there is an error in any charge by OEQ AI RECORDER and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, please contact OEQ AI RECORDER at [support@oeq.ai] within 30 days of the charge. Refunds for any errors in charges will not be provided after 30 days.
Payment Processing: Payment processing services are provided by third-party services for the purchases you make. All purchases may incur taxes and other fees, including but not limited to foreign exchange fees or location-based price differences.
Note: OEQ AI RECORDER may allow direct payment through an iTunes account credit card. If the subscription is not canceled within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period (one year), it will automatically renew for the next period as a premium account. You cannot cancel the use of the current period within the current subscription period. You can manage or cancel purchases through the settings of your iTunes account.
